The Bookend Workflow
You have a weekly client call every Thursday. Design a Claude workflow that bookends this meeting for maximum productivity.
A.
Just take good notes during the meeting
B.
Pre-meeting (Wednesday): Feed Claude last week's meeting notes, any email threads since then, and the project status. Ask for a one-page briefing doc with: recap of last meeting's action items and their status, new topics to raise, and questions to ask. Post-meeting (Thursday): Paste your raw notes from the meeting into Claude. Ask for: action items with owners and deadlines, key decisions made, and a client-facing summary email. The pre-meeting doc keeps you prepared; the post-meeting processing keeps everyone aligned.
C.
The client should write their own summary
D.
Meeting prep isn't worth the time
