2. Rate the urgency: LOW / MEDIUM / HIGH based on language and deadlines mentioned
3. Draft a brief acknowledgment email (2-3 sentences) confirming I received their request and will respond within 24 hours

Format the output as a table with columns: Client Name, Summary, Urgency, Draft Response.
